Team activities can teach more skills for life than those activities which are

played alone.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people think that working in a team has considerable advangtages as having support from partners. While this is true to some extent, I personally believe that working independently do have some noteworthy aspects.

In business group working, because of the importance in unity together, it is hard to agree someone's opinion. But when we put it in a teamwork, every parties finds a wonderful opportunity to be outstanding but without being dominated. As a result, people will do the job to the best of their ability and produce more constructive ideas. For example, Food employees are asked to have a meeting about advertising for a new product. Problems come when every person stands on their plans, which are all good, but it is fairly hard to accept all the contrary opinions. This leads to one of the shortcomings that people find it difficult to expand their vision due to being distracted by others views.

In addition, Working lonely is the unexpected inner strength of the introverts who are bad at social communication. These people are able to work alone perfectly so having no partners cannot stop them from surviving. When there is no fear of contradiction, introverted people put whatever truly matters to them first. They can set their own schedules, plans or targets and have unlimited freedom for creativity. These advangtages benefit them working flexibly in a non-pressure working environment.

In conclusion, I totally support the individual working because of the freedom and comfortable working place it produce. In such environment, people fancy the chance to perform themselves efficiently and get away from intense competitions.
