It is argued that some essential solutions should be adopted in order to tackle the issue of noise. Meanwhile, some individuals suppose they have freedom to intentionally create noises as they like. As far as I’m concerned, the act of deadening noise seems to be my preference.

On one hand, people would rather willingly generate noise for various reasons. First of all, numerous persons will probably feel more comfortable and fetterless to make  sounds while either working or taking a break. For instance, turning up the speakers to enjoy music would make them feel relaxed after a long working day, despite the fact that it might exasperate their neighbors. Secondly, it is assumed by some people that noise is a part of industrialization and modernization, thus remaining inevitable. Traffic cacophony or engine din appears to be familiar to metropolitans. Therefore, they feel that there is no actual reason to control noise.

On the other hand, I assume that there will be more benefits if stringent laws about managing noise are promulgated. The first reason is that noise attributes to bad impacts on human health. For example, we are most likely not to fall asleep at night because of irritating noises from nearby industrial zones. This situation, if long-lasting, will lead to serious deterioration for our health, both physically and mentally. In addition, work productivity will possibly be on a decline as a consequence of noise. Several white-collars complain that they fail to focus on their work because of the noise pollution stems from vehicles on the street.

To sum up, I personally think that noise should be reduced for mankind to have a better life, though quite a few folks still create noises without being sensitive about the needs of people around.
