there are two primary reason (thường dùng main reasons) why people choose living in a horizontal city with out (?) fees for security and public services.
Firstly, people living in horizontal city do pay less for building services, if residents living in a private house (private houses), they will save a great deal (ko dùng a great deal of cho danh từ đếm được) fees for building services. one reason is that a city with sky-crapper (sai) have (a city là danh từ số ít) more space for building services (??). Because if this land have (this -> số ít, ko chia have ) more private house (or houses?) , they (sao lại they) will have less land for public building (số nhiều) or parks. For instance, in Ha noi, the amount of house ( dùng the number of houses vì the amount of + DT không đếm được) are crowded, and this land for society are limit (lỗi danh từ- động từ) and (the) goverment can not build a hospitals (a?) or park( +s) for everyone. Another reason is that sky crapper (sai) will have a wide range of services insides and very convient (thiếu động từ-> be very convenient) for people living in here (there), they can go to super market (supermarkets) or public services in different floors. Besides that living in high building (+s) will have sight seeing (-> sai cách dùng, living tại sao lại có sightseeing? kiểm tra lại nghĩa của từ này ) when (?)you see a city though a window.
In conclusion, while there are some reson benefits (đâu là danh từ, động từ?) for people living in a horizontal city, but it seem (seems) to me that the advantages of people living in sky crapper are better -> skyscrappers are more significant .
