ADVICE LETTER

Dear John !

          I received your letter and I was significantly pleased when you are going to study in my town , therefore , I am writing this letter to give you some advice .

          The first thing I would like to suggest , which is you had better stay at my house because we have not met for a long time and I dramatically delight in living with you . Moreover your budget is limit for this reason you should not waste money for renting accommodation . On the other hand , living in my place you both will be taken care of by my mother and found a part – time job by my father . In fact , my father is a manager of an English center foregin language in An Giang thus you can teach student at night . Actually , I am totally awared that you are extremely worried about vietNamese language , but I will help you solve a serious issues

mình thấy một số lỗi về "s" => some advices ; a serious issues ( a chỉ số ít )' ;  students

Câu này hơi dài dòng rườm rà "  The first thing I would like to suggest , which is "

=> delighted la ADJ nhé bạn 
"accommodations" ( không thể nào thuê 1 cái được ) 

nếu là mình thì mình sẽ dùng câu  " so I decide to help you solve that serious issue" ; từ but ở đây đọc qua đọc lại nó hơi kì kì :D 

:my advice: => thiếu s ? hoặc thiếu "a" 

Túm lại là bạn viết ổn , trừ cái việc nhầm lẫn số ít với số nhiều :D , mình cũng còn gà lắm , xin chỉ giáo :D nice day!
