It is clear that the location of industries and business is of the most concerns of many governments nowadays. In fact, these kinds of company are encouraged to shift from cities to suburb areas. Despite having a series of disadvantages, I totally believe that the attractions of this policy overweigh the problems we may encounter.

To begin with, it is undeniable that moving business and industries would reveal not only one drawback. First of all, these aforementioned companies would find it costly and time-consuming to relocate all their facilities, equipment and personnel. Employees of these companies would be deterred from developing their working inspiration due to these movements. Furthermore, especially in case of trading companies, the changes in address may lead to both their customers and partners’ feelings of inconvenience and bother.

Nonetheless, it seems to me that the relocation policy has a variety of noteworthy advantages, among which is the urban population reduction. What the decrease in population density may lead to is the elimination of its repercussion such as crimes, traffic congestion and pollution in such areas. To take Ho Chi Minh City as an example, had it not been for being the most crowded city in Vietnam, it could waive the position of top city with highest criminal rate, traffic jam and contamination situation. Another point in favor of the movement is that it would help narrow the gap of income between rural and urban areas. The appearance of such factories, shops and trading companies would mean more career opportunities provided with higher income in comparison with those of agricultural producers.

In conclusion, from my perspective, it is not reasonable if we ignore the problems of imposing this policy. Nevertheless, since the policy has bad effects on the minority while it would benefit the larger proportion of people in more long-lasting duration, government should take its implementation into consideration.

Hello I'm new here, my english is bad, I just want  comment about some contents in your essay.  You are welcome to correct errors in my words! It is a difficult topic to write because of so large problems and so many aspects to approach. You was excellent on it. But there are some issues I want to discuss. In my opinion, due to the question is about the fact that the advantages outweigh the disavantages, you must to recall  the main inconveniences and to emphazise the predominance of conveniences over each of it. For example: It is undeniable that moving businesses and industries is costly and time-consuming, these companies have to relocate their facilities, equipment and personnel, reorganize all of it and change their activities. But,out of cities they can easily find out the locations with cheaper fee and rentals. The areas are also spacious, as they can extend their establisments and factories. The dimension of company can grow up. About personnel,  one of problem with this deplacement is about citizen employees, they are good ones and professional, but like always live in the cites and find bother to move far on the working day. They require also high salary. The companies can pay cheeper workers from regional areas. Some  global companies are moving nowaday  their factories to countries with cheeper manpowers. About national strategies, these relocations can pose many problems about population movements, building traffic and accomodation areas, strengthen heath care system. But it help for limit the  urban population growth rate, control the urban-regional economic imbalance, and reduce many other social deficits.... Chúc vui !
