In recent decades, the increasingly serious problems of accommodation and transport in many mega cities have caused some governors to consider a new policy in which companies are encouraged to move to countryside. From my perspective, despite of some drawbacks, the benefits of this policy are far outweighed

On the one hand, there are a few disadvantages arising from the new resort to encouraging enterprises changing their factories to rural areas. Firstly, moving all the facilities and factories to another areas means that the firms will waste a tons amount of money to rebuild as well as arrange the accommodation for employees who come from other places. Moreover , the wave of urban- rural business relocation  may lead a number of city based employees on the verge of unemployment unless they accept to travel long distances to work.

On the other hand, it is no denying the number of benefits that new policy may bring. The first advantage is this changing can help improving the metropolitan’s environment. The fact the location of factories in big cities is being significantly influence on residence’s health and environment by the releasing  poisonous and unfiltered  pollutants and smoke. Therefore, this changing can enhance the atmosphere as well as environment  in crowded areas. Moreover , balancing the unequal rate of employment between rural and urban areas is an substantial advantage of this revolution. To be clear,  diverting factories to rural areas will create more job opportunities for labor forces in these places so they  will not have to seek job and accommodation in crowded cities. Therefore, it also  mitigate the shortage of housing and the overpopulation in some mega cities along with enhancing human living standard.

For all the aforementioned points ,although there still remain some drawbacks , new policy in which encouraging firms relocating to rural places can help improving the environment and employees’ conditions
