The line graph illustrates the number of Enquiries to Tourists Information office in three various means of communication between January and June in 2001.

As an overview, the most common mean of communication is in person and through the telephone has increased, while those made by mail has decreased in a given period of time.

As is illustrated by the graph, in January, the telephone was the most widespread way for travellers to raise questions, at about 800 enquiries received from visitors. This figure doubling the number of in person and was not always the case, between January and Mar, there was a rise of the number of direct questions from 400 to 800. Until Jun of the year, the figure for those made by in person climbed significantly and ranked top at the end with nearly 1200 questions received. Similarly, the number of telephone increased slightly with more than 1000 questions from tourists.

On the other hand, from January to Mar, there was slight decreased in the quantity of questions in form of mail. From that time to Jun, the number of mail fell gradually and hit the lowest point with 200 enquiries received.
