Over the past few decades, job rotation has been increasing remarkably. This essay shall discuss why people favor that tendency and give some solutions to this phenomenon.

First, the rapid development of technology encourages people to jump from their job to hi-tech field. As a matter of fact, the technology industry has enlarged recently and offered many well-paid job opportunities which have good insurance packages. For example, Silicon Valley – a global technology center located in the USA – attracted more than half of total US domestic employees in 2017.

Moreover, many employers nowadays prefer transferrable skills which are only acquired from diverse working experience. Consequently, the younger generation tends to change their working environment more often in order to gain more skills and competencies. For instance, newly graduated students in some countries are encouraged to work for various firms before actually commit to a company to understand corporate cultures and working experience.

However, people changing their job frequently could be considered not loyal and lack of commitment. Therefore, firms and organizations should bind employees with strict, specific contracts, forcing employees to stay longer and contribute more. Besides, employers should hold training programs and conduct promotion plans on a regular basis to motivate their staff.

In conclusion, job rotation is an inevitable trend in such a complex and fast-moving world; however, this trend could cause distressing or even disturbance. To improve this, employees should be bound with detailed contracts and well-trained or promoted more often.

Over the past few decades, job rotation has been increasing remarkably. This essay shall discuss why people favor that tendency and give some solutions to this phenomenon.

First, the rapid development of technology encourages people to jump from their job (jobs) to (the) hi-tech field. As a matter of fact, the technology industry has enlarged recently and offered many well-paid job opportunities which have good (including adequate) insurance packages. For example, Silicon Valley – a global technology center located in the USA – attracted more than half of total US domestic employees in 2017. ( You should analyze this example )

Moreover, many employers nowadays prefer transferrable skills which are only acquired from diverse working experience. Consequently, the younger generation tends to change their working environment more often in order to gain more ("more" is repeated, use "a wide range of" or "distinctive") skills and competencies. For instance, newly graduated students in some countries are encouraged ("stimulated" to not be repeated) to work for various firms before actually commit to a company ("companies" because you used "students" and cultures) to understand corporate cultures and working experience.

However, people changing their job frequently could be considered not loyal and lack of commitment. Therefore, firms and organizations should bind employees (repeated, "applicants" instead)with strict, (and) specific contracts, forcing employees (them) to stay longer and contribute more. Besides (use "moreover" or "furthermore" because "besides" is commonly used in speaking and informal cases) employers (repeated, use "recruiters" instead) should hold training programs and conduct promotion plans on a regular basis to motivate their staff.

In conclusion, job rotation is an inevitable trend in such a complex and fast-moving world; however, this trend could cause distressing or even disturbance. To improve this, employees should be bound with detailed contracts and well-trained or promoted more often.

Your essay is similar to a discursive essay and doesn't fulfill the task because the question contains "your suggestion" so It would be better if you spend 1 passage to address this issue.
