Some people opine that employees tend to move from one job to another in rapid succession every year. From my perspective, I totally agree with this opinion and I will elaborate on the reasons below.

The main reason I hold a belief that job hopping can be attributed mainly to the remarkable social changes in modern times is because of the change in economy and social structure. This is due to the development of technology which encourages people to jump from their job to the hi-tech field. This stems from the fact that the technology industry has enlarged recently and offered many well-paid jobs which have good insurance packages. For example, Vinfast  – one of the largest corporations in Vietnam about car sellers – attracted more employees to engage in the system producing cars.

Another reason why I support the notion that people switch jobs for conventional reasons including working conditions, and work prospects. To illustrate, in actual fact, the distance from the workplace is far from their house, working hours are not as promised and the promotions do not come in. Additionally, people feel depressed when they do not develop their entire abilities in that job. Last but not least, salaries are unsatisfactory.

In conclusion, even though seeking employment can sometimes be distressing or even traumatic, I completely agree that the dramatic shift is necessary in a complex and fast-moving world. This is due to a rapid rate of change and working environment. Given this situation, the company should bring benefits for candidates to apply for the job and employees should be bound with detailed contracts and well-trained or promoted more often.
