Nowadays, the job hopping frenzy is more common in many countries, people would rather find a new job than continu their current position. The objective of this essay is to outline the potential factors for the job hopping and to find out the feasible solutions to this issue.
To begin with, many of employers no longer offer adequate pensions and fringe benefits to their long time employees. Therefore, they feel unsatisfactory about their perks. As a result, they feel no hoping to remain their current job, and ready to leave for finding the brighter job with higher salary level. Besides, the tendency of the majority of company every year is that recruiting the youths with good certifications and fulfillment of passion. Hence, with the older workers, they are on the verge of being dowsized workforce. The main justification is that the older, the less enthusiasm and less intelligent for innovation.
In addition to this, job hopping is the natural consequence of some reasons related to work prospect, work environment and working condition. To be more specific, many people find that their workplace is very far from their home, so that they spend more time on commuting to work and having no sufficient time to take their children to school. Thirdly, with people who have high ambitions, they feel there is nothing for them to continue their job if not providing them with promotions in the future. Naturally, there is scope for them to embrace to new jobs with the brighter future. Finally, the co-worker relationships also play an essential role for leaving a job. To be clear, an employee can not dedicate their best for work if they suffer from stress and conflict with their colleagues day by day.
Thus, I have some recommendations for HR managers as well as for companies. The first thing is that HR managers are encouraged to give sample job difficulties for candidates so that they can decide to abandon or continue. Secondly, companies are drawn attention to organize several activities for making relationship tie between employees and employers.
In conclusion, there are many reasons for employees to change their job frequently every year. Nevertheless, this is derived from the rapid changes in society. If they have self-confident and want to try themselves in the new jobs, let do it because life is not too long.
