Task 2: Some people work for the same organization all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

It is argued that some people devote their whole life to only an organization. While reasons can be given to justify that, I believe that people should have changes in their workplace in their life.

On the one hand, there are several reasons why many people do not change their workplace in their life. Firstly, the stability of their workplace is often associated with their stable life. It means their dwell, their family life and their children‘s study probably stabilize in a long term. Secondly, they can be promoted to the more important position of the organization. By devoting most of their life with the valuable results of work, they can have promotion prospects and develop their career in the workplace. My father, for example, had worked for a sole company and been promoted to the director of the business prior to his retirement.

On the other hand, I would contend that people would rather work for many different organizations. Primarily, they can choose a workplace which is suitable for them. Each organization has different working conditions and policies for employees, leading them to decide on the business which they are pleased with. For instance, I had worked for two banks before moving to my current one due to its advantages about salary and awards. Furthermore, people can have an increasing number of realistic knowledge in different subjects. They are required to do a variety of tasks in different businesses, and this results in the growth of their skills and experience.

In conclusion, it seems to me that people should work for different organizations despite the undeniable benefits of their loyaty to a sole company.
