Nowadays, almost parents have concerned about comprehensive development of their kids. They assume that give a child a gift as a catalyst for development of child’s potentiality. But what is the best gift for children? We are the deciders and we have to choose what the best gift is. For me, I am going to choose a soccer ball.

First of all, playing football has positive effects on physical health: Kids benefit from football such as decreased risks of high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and some types of cancer.

Moreover, football has positive effect on nervous system, an investigation revealed that physical motions have impact on physiological of their brains that promote the manufacturing process of nervous transmission Neutrophins compound and connect neuron cells, these changes are to improve concentration, creation, coping skills and etc.

Finally, playing football provides opportunities for children to develop friendships, to learn to lose and win gracefully, to practice taking turns, to take on leadership roles, to learn to follow rules and to practice managing conflict.

However, there are some injuries related to playing football such as sprains, bruises, cuts, strains, scrapes, and blisters.

To sum up, for the reasons above, I certainly give a child a soccer ball, we can see playing football not only has both positive effects on physical health and mental health but also teaches children about social skills. There are many benefits from a soccer ball which other gifts have got nothing on it. The lessons which children learn from playing football will help them to develop comprehensively.
