Meat is unnecessary on people’s daily diets and going vegeterian is the only option to have a healthy diet based on certain individuals’ point of view, and I utterly give my strong opposition to that school of thought.

The primary reason is that dietary meals including solely vegetables as well as fruit cannot guarantee to accommodate people enough nutrient and energy to be physically developed. It is an indisputable fact that a normal human is required to obtain various minerals including vitamin B, which can only be found on meats, in order to fully develop their bodies. Another reason is that vegetarian plans are not suitable for certain individuals, for example, bodybuilders and gymers. If they decide to follow such diet plans, they will be fail on gaining muscles given their meals are lack of bodybuilding food supplement.

Another point supporting this view is that decision to become a vegetarian should be in regard to personal preferences and needs, and should not be a public suggestion. Everyone has their full rights to determine their own dietary plans, but not to be shaped into any lifestyle. Furthermore, one’s specific health conditions should be taken into account seriously before any dietary choices are made. Some’s physical conditions do not allow them to take meat-deficient meals.

In conclusion, with those mentioned-above reasons, I strongly disapprove the idea of recommending everyone to stop consuming meats on their daily meals. The choice of becoming vegetarian is up to every individuals, and should not be compulsory.
