It is widely argued that people should take vegetarian recipes instead of high protein diets. Personally, i partly argree with this notion.To be specific,this essay will discuss about both pros and cons of this heated issue.

There is a common belief that people could be getting healthier if they take some strict diets with vegetable and fruit. I think there are several reasons for explaining this idea. Firstly, many experts used to claim that vegetarian diet contains many vitamims and minerals which is very essential for humans health. Moreover, this beneficial diet is inexpensive and its ingredients can be growed and collected in every single house. Secondly, consumer could get lower rates of heart disease and cancer which are two of the most dangerous illness to your life. For instance, in Vietnam, people are encouraged to cook a vegetarian meal at least once a month to maintain a healthy lifestyle and keep away from risk disease. As a result many people follow this trend and realize valuable intrinsic value of meatless dishes.

However, many people claims that a diet with fewprotein or fat could prevent human development and limit the variety of dishes. Typically, if people want to become a vegetarian, they will stop eating high protein sources like beef or chicken. Suddenly, our bodies can lose a great deal of protein which is provided daily so people can be tired and exhausted. Also, it is quite difficult to thinh of a new dish or recipe with unusual food if you are in transition to a better way of life like vegetarian.

In conclusion,it seems to me that  everyone should be open-minded about this issue instead of rejecting vegetarian meals.
