In 2005, there were approximately 4 million owners and the number increased of about 9 million in 2010, Germany was the country that had the highest number of mobile phone owners in 2010( 14 million). Next to these 3 countries were Sweden and France, in 2005, the number of mobile phone owners in these 2 countries was  2 million in Sweden and 1 million in France,  however, the significant increases were seen in 2010, the number raised of about 6 million both in Sweden(9 million)  and France ( 7 million). The last 4 countries in the chart are Finland, Norway, Denmark, Spain, and the Netherlands all had approximately 2 million owners in 2005 and they experienced a low growth in 2010, although there was a rapid increase in Spain, the number of this country was still too low to compared to countries such as Uk, Germany.
