Run and Gun ! Go, go, go !

Bouncing without stopping, running to and fro with wild haste, jumping high, shooting : Can you guess what kind of sport is it ? Yes ! That’s basketball – my favorite game of all time.

If you are playing any lame sport and want to get out of it, turn your thought to basketball. I love it just because of its source of amusement and its health benefits. Playing a match with your teammates is of great fun. You can gossip with your buddies while running and shooting. Also, as it demands great physical coordination, it maintains your agility and helps your body in fit.

If you are new to the game, there’re some bits of advice for you. First, get our friends plucked with you, as playing alone would decrease your passion and would be bored stiff. Second, grab a good pair of shoes, don’t use sneakers as they can do harm to your feet.

With those information above, I hope more and more people would join and play it. This source of fun will run through your heart and burn out your passion !
