fgShould new doctors and teachers be sent to the countryside?

People hold different views whether new curers and educators should be arranged to work in the rural areas as soon as graduating. While some believe that this bears unfavorable features to doctors and teachers, I endorse the opinion that arranged-job doers  can presumably reap countless benefits.

From my point of views, those who as dedecated volunteers be willing to share their time help buolic residents in developing educational and health advanced services will gain positive merits. Although they have to suffer from homesick and tedious status from work as well as improved facilities, vocational experiences and hands-on skills are certainly outweight this drawbacks, boosting their flexibility, adaptability, problem solving. Futhermore, when they get occupation in the countryside after finishing their university, the anxiety of high unemployment will be addressed, iven the fact that job-seekers can undoubtedly have a chance to work, receiving salary to settle their life.

In addition, I personaly think that this phenomenon may have a great impact on society. Firstly, working in rural settings  raises the awareness of habitant living, improving the quality of workforce, motivating rural economic development, given the fator, it facilitates civilized and fair society and bridges the gap between rural and urban areas. Secondly, the decrease of metropolitan workers allows urban citizens to become less densely in terms of seeking working chances in harsh competition, leading to no traffic jams and no ever overpopulation. This may obviously acts as a precursor to not only a thriving economy but also a civilized society.

In conclusion, it seem to me that sending new post graduates from megacity to urban settings bring a myriad of favorable aspects and it should be put under scrutiny.
