Writing Task 1 - Process of recycling bottles

Question

The picture below illustrates how to recycle wasted glass bottles to new bottles.

Overall, there are three steps in the production of bottles, beginning with collecting wasted glass bottles and end with delivering the products ready for sale.

In the first step, wasted glass bottles are collected to a collection point and then, they are delivered by transportation to recycle. In the second stage, wasted glass bottles are classified into three groups: clear, green and brown following colors. After that, they are crushed into small glass pieces by glass factory and next, the glass pieces are burned in furnace with 600 Celsius - 800 Celsius. Having burned glass pieces in furnace, they are splitted two group: recycled liquid glass and new liquid glass. Next, all of them are put into glass mould to shape.

In the finally stage, the bottles which is completed shape will be packaged and delivered to supermarket by transportation to sale.
