IELTS Task 2-saving several languages

Question

Topic: 

Several languages are in danger of extinction because they are spoken by very small numbers of people. Some people say that governments should spend public money on saving these languages, while others believe that would be a waste of money.

With the developing countries throughout the years and the trend of international integration which is a risk to the lead of decline for languages of ethnic groups and the languages of ethnic groups are the danger of extinction. Therefore, people should learn these languages. Some people think governments should spend public money on saving these languages, but other people disagree with this idea.

On the one hand, others think that governments should spend public money on other sources because do not have many nationalities groups use individual languages. Nowadays, the government was to innovate languages to fits with the development in the world. Governments can use the public money to support charity-school. Moreover, spending public money on improving transportation and resolving the traffic jams. That is more important than save several languages.

On the other hand, I believe that governments should save several languages because it contributes to maintaining and developing diversity in cultural, as an example, it is a part of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. Saving these languages which can help people in their country know various languages of nationalities groups. In fact, Vietnam has many nationalities groups and multilingual, if several languages are extinction, people cannot communicate with ethnic minorities. These nationalities groups will be a stand isolated with outside and the countries cannot develop their nation with this stand isolated areas.

In conclusion, although some people argue that spend money on saving several languages, this is a spend inappropriate money. It seems to me that governments should be given financial support to save these languages.
