Overtime, with the rapid growth of society, everything all over the world has changed. Some of them have become better, but the others have got worse. Human beings are the typical example for this change, especially children. Youngsters, nowadays, have many unhealthy habits which affect their life the most. In some people's view, parents and schools have responsibility for this and I agree with them.
First of all, it is obvious that kids form their habits by seeing and learning from their families. Children often spend almost of the time with their family and they instinctively imitate and follow behaviors thay see. Therefore, adults should set a good model for their kids. For instance, if all members of a family usually get up early in the morning, do exercise and prepare for breakfast, their children will be used to this and have this healthy lifestyle. In addition, schools also play an important role in setting up student's habits. School have about one-four to one-third of a day to manage and teach their students to build up good behaviors. For example, schools often hold extracurricular activities to help children develop and enhance their skills, which makes they more active and sociable.
However, these are not all factors affecting youngsters' unhealthy style of living. Children themselves are also responsible for solving this problem. When they are mature enough to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy habits, it is up to them to choos what they believe. For example, although arents and teachers always remind them not stay up too late and avoiding using electronic devices to regularly because of bad effects, the kids still waste a big amount of time glueing their eyes on computer screen for useless programs.
In conclusion, for all above mentioned things, schools and parents take responsibility for children's unhealthy lifestyle and the children should raise their awareness of this problem. Therefore, families and schools should find the way to help youngsters improve their style of living.
