In today society, children’s lifestyle has been an endless topic. Not only do they spend much time watching TV and playing computer games, but they also have an unbalanced diet. Many people think that their parents and their teachers must solve this problem as soon as possible. Personally, I strongly agree with this statement since the schools and families are very permissive.

To begin with, parents should limit the time that children spend keeping their eyes glued to screens because waves from computers and wifi devices can cause headache. Children should be made to do more exercise. The parents, for instance, can spend time doing exercises with their children every morning. Moreover, the meals must contain a large amount of vegetable and nutrition with a little fat. Parents should cook for their children instead of buying fast food which is very harmful to children’s healthy. In fact, a healthy diet can prevent many health problems.

Furthermore, schools are responsible for including exercise time in the timetables such as physical education and compulsory sports. The students must also be allowed to play sports after school with their friends. The principals should control the food in the cafeteria. They must be prevented from selling unhealthy food and toxic drink to students.

On the other hand, the government also has responsibility. They must give more information about healthy diet for the citizens. They can organize some programs to teach young parents to take care of their children. The government can encourage people to take more exercises by broadcasting on television.

In conclusion, not only do the parents and schools have to face this problem but every people also have some responsibility. However, people who is most closed to children have more responsibility than anyone else.
