Task 2 ngày 22/10/2016:
mọi người giúp mình bài này với ạ, mình mới học viết :(

Some people think that everyone has the right to have access to university education, and that government should make it free for all students no matter what financial background they have. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinions?

Nowadays, the  Governments of almost countries all over the world make universal universities accessible for everybody. Students may get access to the universities or colleges with or without any fees. For some people’s view, it should be given a free tuition for students to go to universities; however, I, in my opinion, totally disagree with that point.

Firstly, when students have to pay money for their studies in schools, they may have a tremendous motivation to learn better. That means, in their mind, they are likely to have a feeling that it’s a must to get something from lessons to deserve with enormous tuition. From that on, they may pay more their attention to the teachers’ lesson so that a large mount of knowledge can go into their head, which their study can be improved just partly driven by tuition payment.

Secondly, if the Governments introduce a free fee for students to get access to universities, it will be a great thing for students in difficult and war-affected areas in many parts of the world ,because those people  are unable to give any expense for their study. However, free tuition for everyone without focusing on family position and wealth is likely to be unbalanced to others. Some poors affirm that they feel uncomfortable and jealous when rich students have to pay nothing for studying in schools. For my view, it’s  wisest  to make tuition free for povety-hit , war and conflicts - affected areas where there are even no food nor water.

To sum up, ensuring the right for everyone to go to universities is something the Governments should attach more importance, and providing a free tuition in universities needs to be taken into account what which groups of students may get instead of making it free for everyone.

rảnh rỗi fix lỗi giúp mình 2 bài dưới kiếm point nhé :)
