Old and new public buildings are erected in big cities all around the world. There are both benefits and drawbacks to construct these architectures.

On the one hand, there are a variety of disadvantages from public buildings. Firstly, governments need regular repairs and maintenance for historic architecture.. They have to spend a lot of money looking after those. Most of the cost is taken from tax which people must pay monthly, therefore, protests are raised against this. Secondly, new impressive buildings need to be erected in wide lands, which does not allow the population to build new houses. If modern architecture is not designed, they will not give to character and attract tourists. And as a result, a growing number of buildings are be erected in large cities in spite of an increasing in  the need of population’s houses.

On the other hand, both new and old public buildings are important to major cities in many ways. Historic architecture is part of a country’s heritage. It it common sens that they express the culture, customs, and history. Therefore, it shoud be maintained to reflect on how people lived in the past. They are often considered to be works or art and governments should protect them. In my experience, we may identify countries by architecture symbols like the Pyramids in Egypt. Furthermore,  new public buildings are also attractive to  foreign tourists thanks to its own specific.

In conclusion, although the needs of building new houses is increasing in most countries in the world, constructing and conserving impressive public buildings is necessary.

Mình hơi bất ngờ khúc đầu là bạn mention cái disadvantages lên trước, trong bài viết academic ngta sẽ nói theo trình tự ad-disad, bạn xem lại thử nhé.

Mình có vài góp ý thôi:

1. Chưa nhiều academic words.

3."Secondly, new impressive buildings need to be erected in wide lands, which does not allow the population to build new houses. If modern architecture is not designed, they will not give to character --> câu này bị tối nghĩa and attract tourists. And as a result, a growing number of buildings are be sai grammar, erected in large cities in spite of an increasing in  the need of population’s houses."

--> in spite of the increased need of accomodation for the urban dwellers. --> câu văn đỡ rườm rà hơn.

4.On the other hand, both new and old public buildings are important to major cities in many ways. Historic architecture is part of a country’s heritage. It it common sens that they express the cultures, customs, and history. Therefore, it --> they ? shoud be maintained to reflect on how people lived in the past. They are often considered to be works or artand --> dùng "and" ở đây ko ổn, governments should protect them. In my experience, we may identify countries by architecture --> architectural symbols like the Pyramids in Egypt. Furthermore,  new public buildings are also attractive to  attract to nhưng attractive thì ko đi với to nhé. foreign tourists thanks to its own specific  --> tối nghĩa.

5. In conclusion, although the needs of building new houses --> houses có vẻ ko ổn, đề nói buildings mà, house chỉ là 1 nhân tố nhỏ thôi/ is increasing in most countries in the world, constructing and conserving impressive public buildings is necessary.

"In conclusion, while the construction of new public building is pervasive in every city around the world, goverments should seriously pay attention to the balance between them and many other social issues."

Firstly, governments need regular repairs and maintenance for historic architecture.. They have to spend a lot of money looking after those. Most of the cost is taken from tax which people must pay monthly, therefore, protests are raised against this

Historic architecture is part of a country’s heritage. It it common sens that they express the culture, customs, and history. Therefore, it shoud be maintained to reflect on how people lived in the past. They are often considered to be works or art and governments should protect them

Bạn dùng linking word chưa tốt lắm, cảm thấy bài viết câu cú nó không được mạch lạc, rõ ràng. Với ý của bạn nhé, t thêm linking word vào rồi bạn xem có dễ hiểu hơn không nhé :D Kiểu như là : historic architecture thì là heritage BECAUSE nó express culture, customs and history, FOR EXAMPLE là nó refeclt on how people lived in the past THEREFORE nó cần được protect. (cái ý considered to be works or art trùng với ý express culture nhé)

T góp ý vậy thôi, bạn tham khảo nhé :D
