The graph illustrates the revenue from books for children, adult and education during the period from 2002 to 2006 in one country.

Overall, revenue of adult’s fictions in most years decreased gradually, while the sales of the two kinds of remainder books were similar in terms of general growth.

During this 4 years period, the revenue of children’s books and educational books followed an upward trend. In 2002, sale of children’s books was by far the most popular of these kinds of books, with 33 million dollars. After the four years, the figure increased quickly to over 55 million dollars in 2006, which is the highest rate of all. Similarly, sale of educational books also grew dramatically with the highest revenue gaining over 30 million dollars.

Over the same period, the adult’s books revenue saw a rapid decline. It dropped from the highest rate being 45 million dollars in 2002 to the 35 million dollars only in a year. After decrease suddenly, it increased gradually to 40 million dollars in 2004 but after that the figure was continued in significant fall to the bottom of the whole graph.
