Nowadays, the problem of obesity is popular in the young in many countries in the world, especially in Europe and the USA. People are aware of the disadvantages of the problem and they are inquiring the solutions for it.

The first reason is about food. The more modern the society is, the more kind of fast food we have. The USA, for example, is famouse for fast food that makes people fat. Therefore, people should eat more vegetable and fresh food, which can support people to reduce the number of the obese.

Drinking is another reason to affect to weight of people. Coca, pepsi,... with much sugar which may be popular in the USA and many countries in Europe can make people fatter and fatter. They, therefore, reduce to use these kind of drinking and use more filtered water or juice.

Lastly, people are busier and busier with their jobs and they do not have enough time to do exercise. Spending time to keep fit is necessary to make you healthier.

In conclusion, there are many solutions for the problem. However, people should notice about food, drinking and doing exercise which affect too much for health and fitness.
