The graphs above give information about computer ownership as a percentage of the population between 2002 and 2010, and by level of education for the years 2002 and 2010.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Given are two bar charts providing the proportion of computer ownership as regards the population from 2002 to 2010, in 2 yearly intervals, and the educational background. Overall, the number of computer owners witnessed a moderate increase and postgraduate qualified computer owners accounted for the highest proportion over the period shown.

As can be seen seemingly in the first bar chart, the number of computer owners increased gradually during the period from 2002 to 2010, at almost 55% and 70% respectively.

 In terms of the sencond bar chart, there were some striking similarities in car ownership in the years 2002 and 2010. In particular, the highest percentage of computer possession was in post qualification group in both 2 years, at nearly 80% in 2002 and 100% in 2010. The second group owned computer was bachelor, made up nearly 70%  and 90% in 2010. It is apparent from the information supplied that about 15% of those having no high school diploma, nearly those of graduated high school and over half undergraduated students possessed at least one computer in 2002, increasing exponential in 2010, at about 40%, 65% and 85% respectively.
