Topic: All children should study a foreign language in school, starting in the earliest grades. To what extant do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Young people are supposed to learn another language besides their mother tongue. It is also thought that beginning learning languages at early ages are important. To my point of view, I concur to this idea for three main reasons: the importance of learning languages, benefits in learning early and the reaction to a modern world children will obtain when learning languages.
 

First of all, foreign languages are vital nowadays, especially in a globalized world. They are means of communication, which are prominent in order to have business in other countries, with multi-cultured people. They help people from all over the world be connected and share their own thoughts.Therefore, schools should also put more attention into language teaching for children.

Secondly, learning is a continuous process. As a result, the sooner children learn languages, the better they will be. For instance, at the early ages, children are able to imitate adults' action, as well as languages. Therefore, they will get used to the language and they will be able to talk and to think like native speakers.

 

Lastly, because of the modern world, children will have to gradually have a exception to other culture. Learning early will make them not be scared when talking to other foreigners, which will enhance their language ability. They will be excited to find out about different cultures and be more confident when making foreign friends.

In conclusion, early language learning is noble and should be regarded as vital to children to live in a modern world.
