It seems to be an increasingly ever-rising problem that the citizens, although known some activities have been to harm their health, they still do it significantly always. I think that daily routine and the busyness of popular when they lived in hustle and bustle life nowadays 
In the past, the community hadn't taught your grandmother to suck eggs because they believed when a person had become a scientist, it proved that they were extremely intelligent. This is no longer the case. Due to the busyness of work nowadays, by that I mean the time of each person over-extended with work and study are exceedingly much, they don't have manifold leisure time to care some activities lead to harm for their health. Furthermore, the second cause is the daily routine of each person, they get used to activities every day and once in a blue moon care about some good or bad activities for their health, they still do everything to they fell comfortable and happy, the daily routine of person is very hard to change. 
There are a number of viable solutions to help tackle this problem. To begin with, we should know to arrange our time to have ample relaxation time and take care of our health, find out about good or bad activities. In addition, we should listen to health professionals to develop our health it helps us have a strong body, peace of mind, reduce the stress about our work or study when we practice some good activities according to the scientist.
 In conclusion, the main cause is the time problem of the person and the solution is to listen to scientists and arrangement of our time.
