the given graph illustrates the consumpion of fish In greral and three different kinds of meat in a European country over 25 years starting from 1979

In greral, what stands out from the graph is that  the quantity of chicken eaten increased over that time while the opposite was true from 3 other kinds Of meat: in the beggining, beef was the favourite food but it was replaced by chicken in the second half of the period 

 

In 1979,a person ate about 220 grams of beef per week and roughly  150 grams of lamb and chicken. fish was the least popular food, with about 60 grams consumed weekly. Until 2004, beef consumption dropped Considerably to around 100 grams Per week while the figure for chichen jumped to Over 250grams per week. The overage usage of lamb witnessed a significant fall while less fish was Consumed with its figure falling to about 15 grams a week
