The bar chart deliver a vitual statics of the percentage of male and female in one Asian country who successfully finish their driving test with a pass in the course of time between 1980 and 2010.

As can clearly be seen from the chart, throughout 1980 to 2010, the number of women who got passing scores for their driving test outweighed that of men. The percentage of people getting their driving licenses regardless of their sex had a gradual increase from 1980 to 2000, and then slightly decreased or remained the same to 2010.

In 1980, nearly 50% of women had their driving tests passed, while only lower than 30% of men passed. The next decade, women still led with more than 50% participants passing, leaving the men behind with only nearly 40% passed. 2000 marked an incredible peak in the percentage of women who passed (nearly 70%). Meanwhile, men only rose to almost 50%. The year 2010 was rather odd, with the percentage of women passing decreased to just above 60% while that of men remained the same.
