The map depicts how much fish, chicken, beef and lamb were consumed from 1979 to 2004 of a country in Europe.

Generally, fish was the least and most stable eaten meat over the period shown. Chicken was the only one which soared over the 25-year period while beef and lamb had the highest amount of consumption at the start of the period but failed in the final years.

From 1979 to 1989, beef was the sole eaten meat in the country which reached a high of around 240 grams per person per week. The most-consumed year of lamb was 1979 since it started at about 150 grams but dropped to over 50 grams by the end of the period. Also, the trend for both beef and lamb were similar as beef dropped significantly from 1989 to 2004.

On the other hand, chicken had a steady growth at the outset of the period with around 145 grams to 250 grams by 2004. Fish consumption remained near-stationary from 1894-1994 but it actually had a bit of a drop in 1999.
