The bar chart shows data about the variation of average house prices from 1990 to 2002 compared with that in 1989 in five different famous cities.

It can be seem that the variation of house prices in five cities contained both trends from 1990 to 1995. Between 1996 and 2002, just only the percentage of the average house prices in Tokyo decreased and the remainder increased.

According to the chart, the average prices of house decreased significantly by 5% in New York and about 7,5% in both Tokyo and London. There was a slight increase in the average house prices in Madrid and Frankfurt, at about 2% and 2,5% respectively.

From 1996 to 2002, the average prices of house in London increased dramatically to reach a highest point at 12%. The average house prices in New York increased by 5%. The figures for Madrid and Frankfurt were lower, at about 4% and 2% respectively. After 6 years, the average prices of house in Tokyo was still on decreasing trend, at about 5%.

đoạn Overview nên nênêu thêm nước nào đạtđạt cao nhất thì sẽ có cái nhìn khái quát hơn

2 đoạn body lặp từ hơi nhiều. Nên dùng câu phong phú hơn.
