Convenience foods will become increasingly prevalent and eventually replace traditional foods and traditional methods of food preparation.

To what you extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion

It is argued fast foods will be more and more vital and then substitute for traditional food and normal ways of making food. I completely disagree with this opinion and think that instant food can not take the place of traditional foods and its methods to prepare the meals

First of all, if using too many fast foods, it will lead to health problems. Because fast foods are made to be eaten immediately, such as instant noodles or tinned meat... So definitely they contain a lot of preservative substances which will cause a dozen illnesses if it is absorbed over a certain level. Moreover, foods like hamburgers, chips or fried chicken also contain too much oil which is one of the causes of obesity and cardiovascular problems. For example, the rates of obesity in Europe recently have increased significantly due to the popularity of fast foods. Thus, because of their drawbacks, fast foods can not replace conventional foods

Secondly, convenience foods are ready-made food so they must have a higher price than usual. While traditional foodstuff has a lot of various nutrients which are good for health and also cheaper, moreover safe to eat. Although preparing food takes lots of time, it makes sure your food  is safer than ready-made foods. In addition, not all people are also in a good condition to buy fried chicken or tinned meals. So the popularity of junk food will not long-lasting

In conclusion, I strongly believe that fast foods can not more popular and used much instead of traditional foods and normal methods of making foods
