Many teachers assign homework to students every day. Do you think that daily homework is necessary for students? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.
Giving homework for students always is a debated problem . Many teachers believe that homework is the key to education . I strongly advocate for this opinion . From my points of view , although homework can bring some disadvantages but the advantages student receive from homework is outweigh and it has proved how effective it is .
From one side , homework take a lot of benefits as I already mentioned . First , homework help pupils consolidate ( củng cố ) what they have learnt from school . That lead to longer remember in students and make sure that they understand the theory . For example , after study Math’s doctrine ( lí thuyết ) at school which is very easy to forget and student won not be able to apply theory to do exercise . Secondly , solving homework usually can avoid student from being lazy , unconcentrate and do not excited about what try learn . If teachers do not give exercise , students will think that this subject is not important and absolutely ignore .
On the other hand , if teacher send a huge of homework , it is not a great way to help them . Firtsly , it occupy too much time of them . Almost student need to spend time with their family and curricular activities to improve themselves in all skill , they can not only study .Homework can break their beautiful childhood. Secondly , it make student fall in pressure . Actually , we can see many statement that pupil is too tired and they intend to kill themselves in China .
In a nut shell , from my personal angle , giving homework for student is necessary but teacher should concern about the propotion of homework they given or it will contain many drawbacks .
