It is a well- documented fact that an increasing people in all over the world are drawing attention to the issue that which between appearance and quality of work is appreciated over than the other. In fact, there are some who hold firmly to their belief that their employees should dress smartly. However, others argue convincingly that they value quality of work above appearance. Therefore, some major points will be addressed in the following paragraphs.
On the one hand, the view that employees in some organizations should dress smartly should be taken in account. First of all, it is commonly accepted that appearance will bring the first impression for the others in the conversation. This is supported by the fact that the tidy, smart appearance will give the desire of having communication. Furthermore, there is no denying that appearance of each employee in the organization is one of the best way to identify the administrators. For instance, the good administrator will not allow their employees’s appearance to be untidy and unprofessional.
On the other hand, there are a number of dear evidence for other people to support the latter argument. First and foremost, quality of work play a crucial role in bringing customers. A clear example being found to prove is that if the service is quality, the old customer will recommend for another, for a long term, there is a huge number of people know the organization which give good service. There is no doubt that appearance is the outside, quality of work is the inside. For example, potential customers will not cooperate with the company of which the smart appearance’s employees without profession and quality.
To conclude, it is my strong belief that organization should value quality of work above appearance. I, therefore, highly recommend in terms of the above issue should be enhanced to awareness in the contemporary world. If this recommendation is carried out, the comprehensive development of our future generations will be guaranteed.
