While some companies have their certain requirement of facade for the workers, the others tend to prioritize productivity rather than that. Both sides and my perspective regarding whether which one is accurate or not will be mentioned in this essay.

 

First and foremost, an appropriate explanation for neat appearance is its marked effects on others (colleagues, leaders,ect). If an employee works with a messy dressed fellow, it may lower his performance due to the reason of wonderring if the person he need to work with is a gruff, inpatient person. Moreover, the first impression is essential in an appointment which includes eployers and coorperators. This would form the appraisal for the workers' propect of career initual their competence which would give them the edge among the ones who take no concern for their outside. Eventually, a smart look could also render one be cocksure about himself in which could support him noticeably for his job.

 

However, in the flip side, it is conspicuous that workers should be encouraged to put on what they fancy due to the reason of broadening their capability. Similar to comfortable environment, comodious clothing could facilitate employees' potential (especially in creativity discipline) which might be more effective than forcing them to have the proper temperatement that fit the customs. Furthermore, workers may gain more sense of being respected when they are allowed to wear their desireable clothes. As a matter of fact, that way, performance coud be well given and this would bring satisfaction not only to emploees but also to the leaders.

 

In conclusion, my opinion is that according to different fields and situations of careers, people could have various choices for their facade. Workers should determine the contexts and give suitable choice of custom.
