Numerous companies want their staff to have a good-look when they are working, while some organizations believe that work performance is more important than appearance. However, many bosses of organisations always put the work performance above the appearance, this matter is quite easy to explain. It will not make any sense if the staff have a good look but they are performing very badly in their jobs. Another factor that contributes for this is some jobs require safety to be the most valuable quality. For example, workers in various construction absolutely need a helmet and protection clothes. Moreover, doctor or chef also have to wear gloves, clean their hands and equipments before performing something. These jobs do not need the fashioned clothes, and no one cares about the appearance either.
In my opinion, the clothes that employees have to wear must depend on their jobs. All of the staff must think about the most requirement in their occupation, so they can be easy to choose their clothes. Nonetheless, employees can change clothes in different occassions, they do not have to wear the same clothes in their whole working process.
