In my free time I usually go swimming, so swimming is my leisure activity. First of all, when we want to swim we need the following such as swimwear, swimming goggles and swimming pool. Swimming has many benefit, the firstly is that it help us to be health, is good for the body, helps us develop height. The secondly, is helping us relieve stress after many tiring day. I started swimming when I was 5,6 years old, with my father. For the benefit it bring. I wil continue to swim. In short, I love to do it very much

My favorite leisure actitivy is swimming is my leisure activity so Iin my free time,I usually go to swim swimming, so swimming is my leisure activity.
