The line graph shows the percentage of New Zealand population from 1950 to 2050.

The line graph illustrates the proportion of resident from 1950 to 2050 in 4 ages ( 0-14, 15-34, 35-64, 65+) in New Zealand. 

In general, it is evident that an aging population is a tendency from 1950 until 2050 in New Zealand. Additonally,  the percentage of people in group 0-14 and 35-64 was always higher than group 15-34 and 65+ respectively.  

In term of population in 1950 and 1990, while the percentage of people was in 0-14 years old in 1950  was about 31%, the figure for resident in 1990 was so higher, at around 45%.  Meanwhile, above 25% of citizens was in 15-34 years old in 1950 and 1990. Whereas, the proportion of population in group 35-64 and 65+ in 1950 and 1990 were around 15% and 10% respectively

Moving on to the remaining years, the age group 0-14 in 2030 accounted for the largest percentage of people , followed by 2010 and 2030 at appopriate 30% and 29% respectively. At the same time, about 25% of people was in 15-34 in 2010, compared to nearly 15% and 10% of those in 2030 and 2050. While the propotion of citizens in ages group 35-64 in 2010 was around 20%, the percentage of those in 2030 and 2050 was 25% and 35% respectively. Finally, Ages group 65+ from 2010 to 2050 having the proportion at roughly 10%, 15%, 20% respectively.
