It is thought that families whose offsprings study at non-governmental school ought not to be in charge of tax payment that fortifies national education system. Personally, I dissent with this statement which will be explained in this essay.

To commence with, I suppose that tax disbursement plays an indispensable part in maintaining equal responsibility among all citizens. In fact, if non-public pupils’ parents do not provide this type of extra expense for national education system, the onus will be on governmental-school students to contribute their own money with the aim of offsetting the deficiency. This matter will invisibly put the financial pressure on their parents.

In addition, another underlying factor to take under advisement is that tax payment assists in the development of national education department. To be more detailed, it is intelligible to attach special importance  to educational quality ,on the grounds that whoever desires their children to get the most optimal study conditions. Moreover, investing in educational system is also investing in the future of a nation. So as to achieve these promising targets, a great source of contribution to school from local parents will open up oppoturnities/potentials in upgrading teaching programs or replacing old training method, which is not suitable any longer. For instance,in Vietnam, educationalists use that money to make plans and carry out them after being approved and passed.

In conclusion, although there are a large number of mixed stances about this issue, it is indisputable that tax defrayment should be applied to all schools, not except for any circumstances
