The line chart depicts the expenditure of fish and other types of meat of a nation in Europe over the period of 25 years from 1979 to 2004. From the graph, it is obvious that the amount of chicken’s meat made up the first place for the most consumption while other meat such as beef and lamb had an opposite trend. On the contrary, the figure of fish seems to have stayed unchanged through those years.

Looking into more details,  the consumption of chicken’s meat started from nearly 150 in 1979 and grew continuously until it peaked over 250 and seemed to have stayed stable in the last few years. In terms of fish, with the amount of over 50 in 1979, it remained the same data until 2004.

On the other hand, beef’s consumption reached at over 200 in the first year of the period, but it fluctuated and peaked at nearly 250 in 1984 before decreasing dramatically at 100 in 2004. Similarly, the expenditure of lamb started with the amount of 150 and then, it went down considerably by nearly 100 at 50 in the last years of the period.

The line chart depicts the expenditure of fish and other types of meat of a nation in Europe over the period of 25 years from 1979 to 2004. (As can be seen) from the graph, it is obvious that the amount of meat chicken made up the first place for the most consumption while other meat such as beef and lamb had an opposite trend. On the contrary, the figure of fish seems to have stayed unchanged through those years. (unnecessary in oveview)
