The given bar chart illustrates the average proportion of three types of nutrition’s which was consumed in typical meals in USA. These nutritents include sodium, saturated fat, added sugar which may be no good for health if eaten a lot
As can be seen , there are 3 chart shown the level using 3 types of nutrients . the first chart desmotrates the percentage of sodium consumed in each meal. Dinner is time when sodium was used most, account for 43%. Following that is lunch containing 29%. This ingredient contains the same level in breakfast and snacks with 14%.The % of using saturated fat was shown in the second chart. Dinner also contains the most saturated fat with 37%. Through eating lunch, 26% of this type was consumed. By eaten in snacks and breakfast, 21%,16% respectively contain in meal. The third chart depict the % of add sugar used. Different with the two types, this type was consumed 42% in snacks which accounted for the highest level in both 4 meals. After that the consumption of added sager significantly decrease to 23% in dinner. By eaten lunch and breakfast, 19% and 16% is containted.
To sum up, the diagram show that each kind of nutrients often used in USA containing at least 14% that can be make harm for health if consumed too much
