The bar chart below indicates the proportion of Australia men and women of various age groups engaged in regular workout

Overall, men who aged 15 to 24 accounted for the highest rate in regularly exercising while the one of women was 45 to 54 years old. Furthermore, woman seemed to do workout more often than men.

In group 15 to 44 years old, it is evident that the percentage of men who did physical activities continuously decreased, from 52.8% to the lowest point of all ages which was 39.5%. By contrast, the figures for women has slightly increased, almost 47.7% upto 52.5%.

After a reduction, the amount of men aged 45 to over 65 doing regular workout has gone up, ranging from 43.1% to 46.7%. on the other hand, although the proportion of females who were 15 to 44-year-old has risen, that one of females who aged over 45 has gradually gone down, from the highest percentage of Australia women in different age groups from the chart which corresponded around 53.3% and 47.1%.
