The line chart illustrates the proportion of regular use of car in each household in Great Britain over the period of 37 years, from 1971 to 2007

 

 

 

 

The line graph shows the percentage of daily using of vehicle in every household in UK between 1971 and 2007.

 

It is noticeable that the amount of people drives one car were remain stable but the proportion of person use three or more cars were increase slightly. About the year 2003 mark the point at which person uses two cars figure overtook no use car.

 

In  1971, the number of people used only one car  started around at 45%, while the figure of people in Great Britain almost no using three or more cars. But from 1979 to 2007 the figure for individual who used  three or more cars witnessed a rise gradual 8%.

 

On the other hand, dwellers with no car in 1971 were the highest point around 48% but over 37 years there was a downward trend in the figure from 48% to 25% and create a mark point with people using two cars at 25%. The chart provided data of person own two car were growing dramatically to 27% over the period 37 years.
