The line chart illustrates the proportion of exports from Australia to four different nations over a period 22 years starting from 1990.

Overall, it is clear that the proportion of Autralian exports to China and India increased, the opposite was true for those to Japan and US. In the other hand  the percentage of exports to China winessed the biggest change over a period.

In 1990 the proportion of exports to Japan stood at almost 27%, compared with 12% to US and just only 1% and 2% to India and China respectively. Over the next 10 years, while there was a significant decrease  to 19% of exports to Japan, the figure of the proportion of Australian exports to India and China went up to 3% and 5% respectively. Despite fell in exports to US, but remained constants in 1990 figure as 12%.

A slight decrease in the proportion of exports to Japan to 18% in 2012. Although exports to India had risen at 8%, before falling to 6% at the end of period. There was a rapid increase to reach a peak at 30% in the percentage of exports to China in 2012. Finally, exports to US fell to 7% 12 years later.
