The line graph illustrates information about how many Vietnamese students learning in 3 countries namely France, Russia and America from 2000 to 2015.

It is clear that the number of Vietnamese students studying aboard in France and America increased during the period, while the opposite was true for Russia. Also, the figure for America experienced the biggest change over the period shown.

In 2000, the number of Vietnamese students enrolling in French schools was largest with over 3.5 million, in comparison with nearly 3 million and 1.5 million students studying in Russian and American schools respectively. Over the next 5 years, the figure for Vietnamese students studying in France and Russia fell by about 1 million, whereas that in America witnessed an increase of over 2 million students.

From 2005 until the end of the period, the number of Vietnamese students studying in America rose significantly to 5 million students in 2015. At the same time, the figure for Vietnamese students in French schools remained stable at approximately 2.5 million students until 2010, before increasing by over 2 million in 2015. Meanwhile, the number of Vietnamese students learning in Russia hit the lowest point of below 2 million in 2010, following by rising gradually to 2.5 million in 2015.
