The line graph compares the mean highest temperature per day of four particular cities including Auckland, Christchurch, London and Edinburgh.
Overall, it can be seen that while two cities in New Zealand become colder in the middle of the year but warmer eventually, the opposite is true for their counterpart.
Initially, in January, the average daily maximum temperature of Auckland accounts for nearly 25 degrees, which is a bit higher than that of Christchurch. After that, a significant decrease is seen in the mean highest temperature per day of Auckland and Christchurch to stand at 15 and nearly 10 degrees respectively, which is followed by a dramatic increase of 7 to 8 degrees until the end of the year.
According to the graph, from scratch, the proportion of the mean daily temperature of london and Edinburgh got the same at over 5 degrees. Then, from May to June, standing at around 15 degrees, the average daily maximum temperature of two cities in the UK is as much as its counterpart. This situation occurs again in September, which follows a noticeable growth to a peak of over 20 degrees in london. However, in December, the temperature of london and Edinburgh only accounts for the same figure at the beginning after dropping dramatically.
