working alone or working in a team

Question

Some people think that working in a team is effective because there are so much more that can be done in a agroup rather than invidually. However, the others prefer working alone most of the time. For me, working alone is always the best choice.

Firstly, when you are working alone, you are efficient. It’s an amazing feeling when you do whatever your heart desires. There is no debate about the idea with the member in a team, so you can freely expect your personal ideas.  Especially, if you are independent and introverted, working alone will make you more comfortable. Therefore, work efficiency will be increased.

Second, you get things done quickly. When you work alone, you can organize your work in line with your time and don’t have to wait on the other people. Working in a team is made it easier to lose focus and wasted more time than alone.

If you are an introvert, it will better to work alone. You will feel more comfortable and confident in what you do. Inclusion, working alone and taking full responsibility is better than working in a team.

Có vài lỗi ngữ pháp: 

Ở đoạn đầu:  "there are so much more that", phải có một danh từ sau more, từ that là để bổ sung ngĩa cho danh từ đó. Sau đó "the others" nên được chuyển thành "others"
