Hi Cuthimykim, bạn tham khảo bài sửa này nhé.

The two tables represent clearly how incomes from fairtrade-labelled coffee and bananas => revenue of Fairtrade coffee and bananas ( Bảng số liệu cụ thể, dùng các từ clearly và how không phù hợp)  of five countries in europe over the period of five years from 1999 to 2004  => Số liệu đưa ra ở năm cụ thể 1999 và 2004, không phải miêu tả thay đổi trong khoảng thời gian)

The tables compare the revenue of Fairtrade coffee and bananas in two specific years in 5 nations, namely British, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium and Sweden.

Overall,it is obvious that ( Chỉ 1 trong 2 cụm từ)  sales os of 2 categories of product ( 2 từ này là không cần thiết) in these nations in this period ( noted, biểu đồ chỉ đưa ra số liệu 2 năm, this period chỉ khoảng thời gian, nên không phù hợp ) augmented with the exception of bananas from Sweden and Denmark .Besides, the two countries which possessed the most impressed increasing income are the UK and Switzerland.

It is clear that income of Fairtrade coffee in all countries increased from 1999 to 2004. However sales of bananas only rose in 3 states and signigicant change in British and Switzerland.

Looking the given data in more details, about coffee,it is apparent that the United of Kingdom and Switzerland were the largest markets with 1,5;3 millions of euros in 1999 and 20;6 millions in 2004 respectively.Meanwhile, the consumption of coffee in Denmark,Belgium and Sweden just experienced a slight increase in this period.

=> In 1999, Switzerland had had highest revenue of Fairtrade coffee, at 3 millions while British's income was 1.5 millions. By 2004 British's fairtrade coffee income was 20 millions, it was over three times the revenue of Switzerland in terms of fairtrade coffee. In 2004 It also had witnessed a significant growth in sale of Fairtrade bananas in British and Switzerland, the returns had risen by 32 millions and 4.5 millions respectively.

In 1999, the highest revenue of coffee was Switzerland, at 3 millions while the sales of Uk was 1,5 millions. By 2004  the revenue of Uk had risen to 20 millions, the figure was over three time higher than Switzerland's sales figure. Denmark, Belgium and Sweden had low revenue of Fairtrade coffee in 1999 and small increase can be

=> Returns of two Fairtrade categories were far lower in Denmark, Belgium and Sweden. The revenue of three countries range from 0,6 million to 2 millions. It aslo noticible that sales of fairtrade bananas fell in Belgium and Sweden in the year 2004.
