The chart presents percentage change in average house prices in five cities during 1990 to 2002 in comparison with 1989. At glance at the chart provide, the data in period from 1990 to 1995 decreased compare with 1989, while the next period trended growth.

    According to the period between 1990 and 1995, the number of change in average house prices plunged by 5% in New York and approximately 7.5% both London and Tokyo. Otherwise, Madrid (Spain) and Frankfurt ( Germany) rose about 2% and 3,5% respectively.

    As far as the next period (1996-2002) is concerned. Almost this number went up by 5% in New York, 4% in Madrid, 5% in Tokyo. London has the largest increase in the average house price. However, the only Frankfurt went down to about 1,5%.

     In conclusion, it can be said that there are an extra difference in house prices between five cities which illustrated in this graph.
